Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking your place at a Better Business Day (the “Event”) delivered by The Pocket Strategist (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By booking a Session, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking

Your Session is confirmed once your booking has been received through the scheduling link.
We do not hold or reserve times without a confirmed booking.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

If you need to reschedule, you may do so once, provided you give at least 48 hours’ notice by email.
If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, or you fail to attend the Session, we may not be able to offer another appointment.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or postpone, you will be offered a new date at no cost.

3. Session Conduct

You agree to attend the Session on time and participate respectfully and professionally throughout.
We reserve the right to end the Session if behaviour is inappropriate or disruptive.
Please ensure you are in a quiet, distraction-free environment with a stable internet connection.

4. Technology & Access

Sessions are held online via the platform specified in your booking confirmation.
You are responsible for ensuring you can access the platform and have a working camera, microphone, and internet connection.
We are not responsible for technical issues on your end that prevent or disrupt participation.

5. Liability

The Pocket Strategist Ltd accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or expense arising from attending or being unable to attend the Session.
We are not responsible for technical disruptions, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances that affect your participation.

6. Results Disclaimer

The guidance, strategies, and advice shared during your Session are based on our professional expertise and experience.
Implementation and results are your responsibility, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes, business growth, or financial results.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials and frameworks shared during the Session remain the intellectual property of The Pocket Strategist Ltd.
You may use these for your own business only and may not copy, reproduce, share, or distribute any part of them without written permission.

8. Recording & Privacy

Sessions are not recorded unless explicitly agreed upon in writing beforehand.
If a recording is made (for your personal reference only), it must not be shared publicly or with third parties.
We respect your confidentiality and will not disclose or share any sensitive information discussed during your Session..
