Strategist, director of ops and sales specialist with a BSc in Psychology.
Before founding The Pocket Strategist, I spent more than 20 years in senior roles across sales, operations, recruitment and leadership at Debenhams, Screwfix, Wrigleys and LV Insurance.
I set up The Pocket Strategist off the back of burnout. Work had become my whole life, and I'd completely lost myself. It took hitting that wall to realise there was a better way to live.
In the four years since, I've worked with more than 200 businesses. I quickly understand the business, the owner and the problems. And together, we refocus the strategy, simplify and build a great business that gives you a great life.
