Katherine helps business owners make sense of what’s really going on in their business and decide what to focus on next.
With over 20 years’ experience across strategy, sales, operations and recruitment, she’s worked in large organisations including LV= Insurance, Debenhams, Screwfix and Clarks, as well as alongside hundreds of small business owners.
She holds a BSc in Psychology and is trained in NLP, which strongly shapes how she approaches decision-making, leadership and change.
In practice, Katherine is the person who helps you slow things down, see the bigger picture and make clear, confident decisions across all areas of your business. Clients often say they leave feeling calmer, clearer and much more in control of what comes next..
Samantha Maloney

Sam helps business owners grow in ways that actually make sense.
With over 30 years’ experience across sales, marketing and business growth, she’s worked with global organisations as well as start-ups and small businesses. She brings strong commercial thinking, paired with creativity and a very practical approach.
