In-Person Planning Workshops – Terms & Conditions Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking your place at one of our in-person planning workshops (the "Event") delivered by Katherine Dyer trading as The Pocket Strategist, 49 Calway Road, Taunton TA1 3EG ("we", "us", "our").

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment - Your place is only confirmed once full payment has been received. - Payment must be made in advance via the link provided. We do not reserve places without payment.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy - Tickets are non-refundable, as places are limited and costs are incurred in advance. - If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person, provided you notify us by email at least 72 hours before the Event. - In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or postpone, you will be offered either a full refund or a transfer to a future date.

3. Your Responsibility - You are responsible for your own travel, accommodation and personal expenses. - You agree to conduct yourself respectfully and professionally throughout the day. - We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave if their behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate.

4. Health & Safety - The Event is held at a third-party venue. You are responsible for your own belongings and for following the venue's safety rules while attending. - If you have any access needs, medical conditions or require reasonable adjustments, please let us know at least 7 days before the Event so we can liaise with the venue where possible. - Please also tell us in advance about any dietary requirements. - We will only use this information to make arrangements for the Event, share it with the venue only where needed, and delete it once the Event has taken place.

5. Liability - We accept no liability for any loss, damage or expense incurred during or as a result of attending the Event. - We are not responsible for any travel disruption, illness or unforeseen circumstances that prevent your attendance. - Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

6. Results Disclaimer - The advice, strategies and support provided during the Event are based on our expertise and experience. - The success and outcomes of any actions you take afterwards remain your responsibility. - We do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or increases in revenue or performance. - Our guidance does not constitute regulated financial, legal or tax advice.

7. Intellectual Property - All materials shared during the Event are for your own business use only and remain the intellectual property of Katherine Dyer trading as The Pocket Strategist. - You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of the materials without our written permission.

8. Confidentiality - Attendees often share details about their businesses during the Event. Please keep anything other attendees share confidential and do not share it outside the Event. - We treat everything discussed as confidential and will not share it with third parties except where required by law.

9. Photography & Media - Photos or short videos may be taken during the Event for promotional purposes. - If you would prefer not to appear, please tell us before or at the start of the Event and we will make sure you are not included. - You can ask us to remove any image of you from our channels at any time by emailing katherine@thepocketstrategist.com.

10. Data Protection - We process your personal data in line with our Privacy Notice: www.thepocketstrategist.com/privacy-notice - We may email you about future Events and our services. You can opt out at any time. 11. Governing Law - These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
