We will start with a 3 hour strategy session spend three hours together, either in person or online.
We will work through the parts of your business that need the most attention. That usually means your target market, your services and pricing, and your sales and marketing plan, but we go where the biggest opportunities are.
I’ll write up your plan and send it to you within 2 working days.
After the strategy session you get two 60-minute follow-up calls to refine the thinking, push back on anything that isn't quite right, and help you take action.

By the end of our time together you'll know exactly where you want to take your business and have a clear, focused strategy to get there.
We'll set your goals, work out what needs to change, and turn it all into a practical plan you can start delivering straight away.
The two follow-up calls make sure you stay on track and don't lose momentum once you're back in the day to day.

This is for you if you have one specific thing you've been putting off and you need someone in your corner to make sure you actually do it.
Just focused, structured accountability for the one thing you keep deprioritising.
It’s time to finally do it.

This is 4 weeks of accountability via WhatsApp.
Before we start, you'll tell me exactly what you're committing to getting done, and by when. And you’ll have a workbook to guide you to create a simple action plan.
I'll review your plan on day one and make sure it's realistic. Then it's Monday and Friday WhatsApp check-ins for four weeks, focused purely on that one thing. Progress, blocks, and making sure you keep going.
Flexible start dates available throughout the summer. Note that no new sessions start the week of 5 to 12 July.
I will reply as soon as I can on each Monday and Friday, but I may be with a client on those days which means I can not respond immediately.
