Applies to: The Pricing Session, The Decision Session, The Accountability Session, and The Sales Session.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking your session with The Pocket Strategist ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing a space, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking & Payment

Your space is confirmed once full payment has been received. We do not hold spaces without payment. Payment must be made in advance via the link provided.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Spaces are non-refundable, as they are limited and time is committed in advance. If you need to cancel, you may transfer your space to another person, provided you notify us by email at least 7 days before your scheduled session date. In the unlikely event we need to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered either a full refund or an alternative date.

3. Session Format & Scheduling

Sessions take place either virtually or via WhatsApp, as specified for each offer. Once payment is received, we will be in touch to confirm your start date or session date. Please note the following:

• The Accountability Session runs over four weeks with Monday and Friday WhatsApp check-ins. No new Accountability Sessions will start during the week of 5 to 12 July 2026.

• The Sales Session is purchased over summer and delivered in September 2026.

• All other sessions must be booked and completed by the end of August 2026.

4. Your Responsibility

You agree to show up prepared and engaged, and to complete any pre-session materials or commitment forms where requested. The Accountability Session requires you to complete a short commitment form before your start date.

5. Liability

The Pocket Strategist accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or expense incurred as a result of participating in a session. We are not responsible for any unforeseen circumstances that prevent your attendance or participation.

6. Results Disclaimer

The advice, strategies, and support provided during your session are based on our expertise and experience. The success and outcomes of any actions you take afterwards remain your responsibility. We do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or increases in revenue or performance.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials shared during your session, including the Sales Session PDF toolkit, are for your personal use only and remain the intellectual property of The Pocket Strategist. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the materials without our written permission.
