Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking your Strategy Session with The Pocket Strategist ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing a space, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking & Payment

Your space is confirmed on receipt of your first payment of £333. The remaining two payments of £333 are due monthly on the same date. We do not hold spaces without payment.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Spaces are non-refundable, as they are limited and preparation time is committed in advance. If you need to cancel, you may transfer your space to a future session or to another person, provided you notify us by email at least 7 days before your scheduled session date. In the unlikely event we need to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered either a full refund or an alternative date.

3. Session Format & Scheduling

Your Strategy Session will take place either in person or online, as confirmed at the time of booking. Once your first payment is received, we will be in touch to agree a date and, where applicable, a location. All sessions must be booked and completed by the end of September 2026.

4. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for your own travel, accommodation, and personal expenses where applicable. You agree to arrive prepared and engaged, and to complete any pre-session materials we send you in advance.

5. Liability

The Pocket Strategist accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or expense incurred as a result of attending or participating in a session. We are not responsible for travel disruption, illness, or unforeseen circumstances that prevent your attendance.

6. Results Disclaimer

The advice, strategies, and support provided during your session are based on our expertise and experience. The success and outcomes of any actions you take afterwards remain your responsibility. We do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or increases in revenue or performance.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials shared during your session are for your personal use only and remain the intellectual property of The Pocket Strategist. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the materials without our written permission.
