Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking your place at the Growth & Accountability Sessions (“the Sessions”) delivered by The Pocket Strategist (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By booking a place, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking, Payment & Fees

1.1. Your place in the Sessions is confirmed upon receipt of your first payment of £50.

1.2. The total fee for the Sessions is £150, payable in three monthly instalments of £50 each. 1

.3. Payments will be collected automatically by direct debit from your nominated bank account, which you will authorise at the time of booking.

1.4. By booking, you commit to the full programme and all three payments, regardless of attendance.

2. Dates & Programme Structure

2.1. The Sessions consist of three in-person group meetings, scheduled as follows:  

• 16 January 2026  • 27 February 2026  • 27 March 2026 2.2.

By booking, you reserve your place for all three dates. Sessions cannot be rescheduled or transferred.

3. Minimum Numbers & Cancellation by Us

3.1. A minimum of five (5) participants is required for the Sessions to proceed.

3.2. If this minimum is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the Sessions and provide a full refund of any payments received.

3.3. In the unlikely event that we need to reschedule or cancel a Session for any reason, you will be given as much notice as possible. If a Session cannot be rescheduled, you will receive a refund for that Session.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy (Your Rights)

4.1. All bookings are final. No refunds or reschedules will be offered if you are unable to attend any or all of the Sessions.

4.2. Your place is reserved for the entire programme, and non-attendance does not entitle you to a refund or credit.

5. Location & Access

5.1. All Sessions will be held in person at The Tribe Co-working Space, Berry Pomeroy.

5.2. You are responsible for your own travel arrangements and punctual arrival.

5.3. Parking is available at the venue.

5.4. If you require specific assistance or have accessibility needs, you must notify us in advance so reasonable adjustments can be considered.

6. Session Conduct

6.1. You agree to participate respectfully and professionally throughout the Sessions.

6.2. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, inappropriate, or in breach of these terms, without refund.

7. Confidentiality

7.1. You agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any personal or business information shared by other participants during the Sessions.

7.2. You must not disclose, discuss, or share any such information outside the group, whether during or after the Sessions.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All materials, workbooks, and frameworks provided during the Sessions are and remain the intellectual property of The Pocket Strategist.

8.2. These materials are for your personal use only and must not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes or with third parties without our prior written consent.

9. Health & Safety

9.1. You are responsible for your own health, safety, and wellbeing during the Sessions.

9.2. Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or accessibility requirements.

9.3. You must comply with all venue rules and any health & safety instructions provided.

10. Refreshments

10.1. Tea, coffee, and biscuits will be provided at each Session.

10.2. No other refreshments or meals are included. Please make your own arrangements if you require additional food or drink.

11. Liability

11.1. The Pocket Strategist accepts no liability for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from your attendance or inability to attend the Sessions, except where required by law.

11.2. We are not responsible for illness, travel disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances affecting your participation.

12. Results Disclaimer

12.1. All guidance, strategies, and advice provided during the Sessions are based on our professional expertise and experience.

12.2. Implementation and results are your responsibility. No guarantee is made regarding specific outcomes, business growth, or financial results.

13. General

13.1. These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and The Pocket Strategist in relation to the Growth & Accountability Sessions.

13.2. Any amendments or variations must be made in writing and agreed by both parties.
