Overview and Contract Formation

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Strategy Space Community operated by Katherine Dyer, trading as The Pocket Strategist, of 49 Calway Road, Taunton TA1 3EG (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1.2 By completing your order, you agree to these Terms. The agreement between you (“you”, “the member”) and us (the “Contract”) starts when your order is confirmed through our third-party checkout system.

1.3 These Terms incorporate our Website Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy available at https://www.thepocketstrategist.com/privacy-policy.

1.4 If you register on behalf of a company, “you” includes your officers and employees, and you must ensure they comply with these Terms.

2. Membership and Access

2.1 The Community provides access to:
• A live monthly planning and reflection session.
• Live Q&A sessions.
• A private online community for support and accountability.
• Tools, templates, and resources added over time.

2.2 Membership is personal and non-transferable. You must keep your login details confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

2.3 We host materials on secure third-party platforms. We take reasonable steps to ensure availability but are not liable for any temporary unavailability, deletion, or data loss.

2.4 You may only engage with other members for legitimate participation in the Community. Unsolicited promotion or sales are not permitted without our written consent.

2.5 All materials and sessions are for education and general guidance only. They do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

3. Payments and Renewals

3.1 The membership fee is shown at checkout in pounds sterling (GBP) and is charged monthly on a recurring basis until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorise recurring payments through our payment processor.

3.2 If a payment fails and is not brought up to date within seven days, we reserve the right to suspend your access to the Community until payment is received.

3.3 All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

4. Consumer Cancellation Rights

4.1 If you are purchasing as a consumer under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you may cancel within 14 days of the date of this agreement by emailing hello@thepocketstrategist.com.

4.2 You agree that we may begin supplying digital content immediately. You acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once access to the Community has begun.

4.3 For live sessions or other services, if you cancel within 14 days after we have started providing access, you will pay for the value of the service provided up to the date of cancellation.

5. Cancellations After the Cooling-Off Period

5.1 After the 14-day period, you may cancel your membership at any time by emailing hello@thepocketstrategist.com.

5.2 Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until that date, and no partial refunds are offered.

6. Community Standards

6.1 All members are expected to treat others respectfully. Harassment, hate speech, and sharing confidential or offensive content are prohibited.

6.2 You may not promote, sell, or advertise your own products or services to other members without written permission.

6.3 During live calls, we reserve the right to mute or remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the community’s purpose or values.

6.4 We may remove content or terminate your membership without refund if you breach these standards.

7. Intellectual Property and Recordings

7.1 We own or license all intellectual property rights in the Community, including session recordings, templates, and resources (“Materials”). No ownership rights are transferred to you.

7.2 You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Materials for your own business and personal development. You must not share, copy, publish, or distribute them externally.

7.3 You may not record or redistribute sessions or community content without written permission.

7.4 Live sessions may be recorded and shared within the Community. By participating, you consent to your image and voice being included.

8. Availability and Changes

8.1 Session dates and times are provided on the platform or via email. They may occasionally change. We will give as much notice as possible but are not liable for any changes to dates, times, or format.

8.2 If you cannot attend a live session, a replay will normally be provided. Missing a live session does not entitle you to a refund.

8.3 We may update, move, or change the platform or hosting app used for the Community at any time to improve the member experience. We will notify members in advance where possible.

9. Data Protection

9.1 We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website. Please review it to understand how we handle your data.

10. Liability

10.1 Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter for which it would be unlawful to exclude liability.

10.2 Subject to clause 10.1, we are not liable for loss of profits, business, goodwill, or for any indirect or consequential loss.

10.3 Our total liability under this Contract is limited to the total amount paid by you in the 12 months before the claim arose.

11. Termination

11.1 We may suspend or terminate your membership immediately if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, engage in fraud or dishonesty, or act in a way that brings us or the Community into disrepute.

11.2 On termination, any unpaid fees become due immediately. Clauses that are intended to survive termination will continue in force.

12. Changes to These Terms

12.1 We may update these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be communicated by email or posted on the Community platform. Continued membership after notification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13.2 We may contact you at the email or postal address you provided when registering. Email is deemed received 24 hours after sending, and post is deemed received four business days after posting.

14. General

14.1 You confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract, and that the information you provide is accurate.

14.2 You may not transfer your rights under this Contract without our written consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations at any time.

14.3 If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.

14.4 No delay or failure to enforce these Terms constitutes a waiver.

14.5 These Terms and any documents referred to in them constitute the entire agreement between us.

15. Governing Law

15.1 These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
