Every month we run Strategy Clinics - 90-minute virtual sessions where you can get direct input from one of our consultants on a specific business challenge or opportunity.
Before your session:
You'll complete a short questionnaire so we understand your challenge and can prepare properly.
During your session:
90 minutes of focused discussion to explore your challenge and find a clear way forward.
After your session:
We'll write up the key actions and email them through so you have a clear plan to work from.
